WOD: Five rounds for time of:
400 meter run
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
Results: 24:58
This WOD was tough on my shoulder but I managed to deal with it anyways. I wasn’t able to hold 95lbs over my head so I did the short Oly bar only. The run wasn’t bad but I got a cramp in my calf about halfway though my third lap.
For the past week I have been feeling like shit and my diet has gone done the tube. I am glad to be nearing the end of my midshift. I am starting to recover my diet and once I get back on track I should see improvements.
