Everyone needs them, but I try to avoid setting anything in stone. For example, when I was in Italy my friend Rob and myself would make plans to go out to after work. When we made the plan something always came up. When it was just spur of the moment we had a great time.

So what are my goals?

  • I want to maintain a healthy weight. I say healthy because as I gain muscle my weight will fluctuate.
  • I want to be able to do anything I put my mind too.
  • I want to be able to take my shirt off at the beach without getting negative comments.
  • I want to be more physically fit then I have ever been before.

I figure those are some good goals. I know people say to be specific but at this point just having a general direction is good enough for me. When it is all said and done i want to look like this guy, well with my hair color.
