Results: I forgot to write down the jumping pullsups, so I will add them in next time. I felt good after the workout and already have some ideas to increase my intesity. I am going to work on my puch press and dealift form over my weekend.

Results: I tried to do the Push Jerk but was not abel to get the form down. I am going to keep working on this and the other power lift forms at home. Instead I did 3 sets squats with a 45lb dumbbell and ran a lap around the track.

I have been a big fan of Olive Garden and even had a few business lunches at this location. I was highly disappointed in the service we received tonight. Today was my birthday and I was hoping to have a great dining experience, but that was not the case.

Here are the issues with the service we received:
* My ID card was not checked when I ordered an alcoholic beverage. I am over the legal age to drink, but it should never be assumed. At other restaurants in the area I am carded every time I request an alcoholic beverage.
* We were not asked if we wanted soup or salad, instead our server brought us a salad.
* We did not receive any breadsticks until after we had both finished our entree.
* We did not receive the after dinner mints with our check.

I know these items must seem small in nature, but it is the small details that make a great atmosphere and dining experience. I hope on my future visits the servers pay more attention to the concepts that makes Olive Garden a special place to dine.
