Well, the more I look into getting CrossFit, the more I really like the program. It seems as though they are really well meshed with The Zone diet. So that has me researching The Zone and it is really interesting program.
In doing my research it explains why some vegetables aren’t good for you. As well as which fats are best to have in your diet. I think once I get the book CF recommends then I fell understand more of how these two programs fit together.
I am still trying to figure out the best meal situation for us. I was originally thinking of doing something like NutriSystem or TheBiggestLoserMealPlan, but after looking at the fiscal attributes it is way outside of our budget. Lately, I have been thinking about preparing a whole weeks worth of meal on a single day and freezing or refrigerating the cold items.
