I asked my coach what type of eqipment we need so tomorrow we can go shopping for our meals and pickup anything else we need. He told me to get dumbells since they only send you one resistence band and it’s not very tough. So I have been pricing dumbbells for two days. I found a really nice set of the individual dumbbells but for the set I want it’ll be almost $300. So I started thinking about the all-in-one dumbbells where you “dial” in the weight.

I found these on the Amazon site and I think they are what we need. The single dumbbell sells for $74.99 while the pair sells for $79.99. I think i’ll get the pair of them . So for now I think we will use the band I have since we both can use them at the same time and then we can save up some money to get these.

Mark and I have talked about the nutrition plan and how we are going to implement it. Well we have talked about it in my limited understanding without having the guides for the program. I wish you could download the guides and stuff to help you get a head start while you wait on your hard copies.

I started us a thread on the forums for the program, come join our progress. Plus I will have out tickers on the P90 page here. But most of our updates will be on the forums there.

So I have been doing some research and found a good workout/diet program to do at home and it takes less then 1 hour a day 6 times a week. So I am ordering the Power 90 system on friday and I am going to start on 1 Sept. Currently I have no real clue what my weight is but I know I am between 170 and 180 with a BMI of 26.6-28.2 I want to get back down below 155. My clothes are getting very tight in the waist and I am starting to become lethargic. I come from a family with weight problems so I want to stop this before it gets started.

Once I get my stuff I will add all of my measurements and do a weekly tracking to show my progress.
