I had some problems with my damn work computer tonight and upgrading from WP 2.3.1 to WP 2.3.2. I got it fixed but it meant switching to a different computer.
RRG called Ten tonight to see how he was doing. Ten has come down with Bronchitis which is what happens when you get really sick and don’t go see a doctor. Thanks you Chi for making an appointment for him.
I have been having really weird dreams lately. I had a dream that Mark was doing some kind of drug. It was yellow but for some reason I keep thinking it is heroin. I know he isn’t doing anything bad but it’s just my brain being crazy. I also had a dream that I was sleeping on the couch and felt the house shake and when I got up to look out the windows the house was going down the street. I opened the door and there was a moving crew relocating the house to a new subdivision. Freaky huh.?
I was trying to rationalize my dream and what they were trying to tell me but I couldn’t figure it out so I gave up.
In other news PdN wants me to get in some big fight with this political blogger. I don’t really care nor feel inclined to verbally combat anyone. I had been reading this guys blog and I wanted to know why he was so “ate up” about Obama being our president. Here is what I wrote on his blog:
If I remember correctly Chase, you said you were gay.
My question is what has Obama done in action or word to support the gay community? If you are backing him so blindly then why not just vote as a “Log Cabin Republican“.
Obama may say he’s going to change this or that but will he really, no one knows.
One thing I find interesting is that he, Obama, has stated that his religious beliefs (Christian) will be a driving force during his time as president (if he makes it).
So why vote for someone that wants to see you burn in eternal fires of damnation?

Kyle, again I wish to express my appreciation for your viewership, but please never again speak on what you do not know. I do not claim to be gay. I am. And I am damn proud. Calling me a log cabin republican is almost as offensive as calling me a fag because to me that represents a denial of oneself and their self interests. I simply think that you two are just very jaded and I understand that, but I am currently working with a lot of really good people both straight, gay, black, white, latino, asian, etc. that inspire me to affect change on a daily basis. If that is immaturity and naivety than so be it. PS: Obama is a member of one the most liberal open minded Christian churches in the world. Look it up. My mother is a Christian and a devout liberal who loves and accepts me for who I am and has no problem reconciling her faith with my sexuality.

2 : made dull, apathetic, or cynical by experience or by surfeit
Ok maybe I am cynical by experience. To my knowledge gay and fag are both word that are accepted by homosexuals. We aren’t a protected class by any right so I can call him a “tofu farting rump ranging fairy boy” and he has to accept the fact. I do not care is people call me fag, it show me that they have an opinion and I am fine with that. I may not agree with it but I have to accept it. And by saying you work with diverse people means nothing now a days, everyone works in a diverse environment. Grow up and get over yourself. As for the mother thing, my mother is a conservative christian woman and I love her dearly. When I first came out she had a hard time accepting the fact but she loved me regardless.
Now for Obama being a member of a liberal church; who cares. He could a be a minister for a church that has an all lesbian choir. You didn’t answer my question, you became very defensive when asked why/how he would make a good candidate for the gay community. I have removed him from my blog listing and I will never revisit his site.
