Ok well I am on leave from this past Thursday until next Tuesday. So I was trying to get myself to BVU so I can get my CrossFit in during my time off. After the first day it wasn’t going to be easy. We only have one vehicle and Mark is using it to goto work.
So I am home all day taking care of the house wihtout a way to get to a gym to workout. So I thought about the one exercise I can do that works my full body and I don’t need any equipment for.
I decided that I will do 100 burpees everyday for my WOD while I am on vacation. The cats think I am crazy but to me it’s a good exercise. I start my timer just like for any WOD and stop it once I hit 100.
After two days of these I wish I had picked a lower number. lol
