The other night Mark and I were messing around and I took out my barbell. I didn’t think nothing of it, I had taken it out before and didn’t have a problem getting it back in. That night is something I will never forget.

We messed around for a few hours before I had gotten to thinking about putting my barbell back in. I got in the tub to clean up and noticed one of my holes was barely visible. So I tried to put my barbell in the other side. That didn’t go to well. I knew I was a fast healer but I never would have thought my holes would have closed up in just a few hours.

We ended up getting a big 12 gauge sewing neddle, the kind you use to hand stitch a leather seat. During the process of reopening my holes we found out that the fistula had begun to heal in the middle. It wasn’t bad, it was just a shock when the neddle basically repierced the healed area. After the neddle exited the other hole I had to let it sit and stretch the path for a few seconds.

After that getting the barbell back in was pretty easy. I told Mark I was never going to take my barbell out again. Well except to gauge the piercing. I am still waiting on Dr. Jack’s to call me saying it’s in, I ordered it a few months ago. I am thinking about just ordering what I want online. I figure it will get to me quicker.
